We’ve partnered up with CAMP Tampa for the Sculpt Series featuring a 45 minute total-body, non-stop interval training based workout incorporating powerful plyometric work and deep isometric movements.
This event is free, open to the public, and all skill levels are welcome. Class will be instructed by Melody Bayer of CAMP Tampa Studio.
