Fit Kids Tampa is a physical activity program that will instill not only a solid foundation for all sports but also a lifetime of exercise. Students will progress from basic to advanced development by learning and employing elements of boot camp training, track and field and yoga. Kids will come away with greater physical awareness, build strength and develop an understanding of the importance of focus and consistency.
This 45-minute high-intensity fitness class is instructed by Fit Kids Tampa’s team of certified personal trainers. The class will incorporate elements of bootcamp training, track & field, as well as agility work: all while showing kids that fitness is fun!
Who’s it for: Kid’s between the ages of 6 to 11.

No equipment needed, we recommend comfy running shoes!
Fit Kids will be instructed by Fit Kids certified personal trainers.
