Tired of doing the same workout? Armature Works is teaming up with Cocoon Yoga to bring you a new class that is designed to regulate the mind and build a stronger body. Cocoon Yoga’s Movement Class combines mindfulness, HIIT moves and dance cardio all into one unique workout to help you feel your best. Each instructor has their own style, but fundamentally the class is the same: create a space to increase physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual awareness through strength-based movement.
Class is held on our West Lawn
This event is free, and open to the public
All skill levels welcome
Space is first come, first served (early arrival strongly suggested)
Class can either be taken in sneakers or barefoot, it is up to your discretion!
