Join the CAMP crew for 45 min. beat-based, mat Pilates class led by Joanna. Expect to move, pulse, and find isometric holds to the rhythm of the music while you strengthen your core and burn out your lower body. Think low-impact movements and high-energy vibes.
This event is free, open to the public, and all skill levels are welcome. CAMP Tampa Studio will instruct the class.
