Join us and Bella Prana Collective for Weekday Yoga every second and fourth Tuesday of the month!
Class will be held outdoors on the South Lawn and space will be first come, first served. Early arrival is suggested. This event, instructed by Bella Prana Collective, is free, open to the public, and all skill levels are welcome.
All levels flow yoga is designed to calm the mind, challenge the body and support the nervous system. Practice yoga with your community and then grab a bite to eat at one of the vendors within Heights Public Market.
Please remember to bring your yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
